Yes! TripPortier offers a generous free tier that includes basic packing lists, single-destination trips, and essential features. For power travelers, Trip Plus unlocks multi-destination trips, AI smart suggestions, calendar integration, extended weather forecasts, and more.

TripPortier is currently available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 17.6 or later. Download it from the App Store. An Android version is planned for the future.

You can create an account using:

• Sign in with Apple (recommended for privacy)
• Sign in with Google
• Email and password

Your account syncs your trips across all your devices automatically.

Trip Plus unlocks premium features including:

To cancel your Trip Plus subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select TripPortier
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll continue to have access to Plus features until the end of your billing period.

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

Our AI analyzes your trip details including:

• Destination(s) and local climate
• Weather forecast for your travel dates
• Trip type (business, leisure, adventure, etc.)
• Trip duration
• Activities you've planned

Based on this, it suggests relevant items you might need, from rain gear for wet destinations to formal attire for business trips.

Yes! Trip Plus subscribers can create and save custom packing templates. Build your perfect list once, then apply it to future trips with one tap. Great for frequent travelers who have their packing routine down.

Absolutely! You can share entire trips with friends and family. They can view the itinerary, see the packing list, and even collaborate on what to bring. Perfect for group trips where you want to coordinate who's bringing what.

Add your flight number and date, and we'll track it using real-time data from FlightAware. You'll get updates on:

• Departure and arrival times
• Gate changes
• Delays and cancellations
• Terminal and baggage claim info

TripPortier sends smart notifications including:

• Day-of-flight reminder: Morning summary of your flight
• Leave for airport: Based on estimated travel time
• Gate changes: When your gate is updated
• Delays: If departure time changes significantly
• Boarding time: When it's time to head to the gate

We use FlightAware, a leading flight tracking service, for real-time data. While highly accurate, always verify critical information with your airline. Flight data is updated every 20 minutes when your flight is active.

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. It's built into newer smartphones and lets you add a data plan instantly - perfect for international travel.

Most recent iPhones support eSIM, including:

• iPhone XS and newer
• iPhone SE (2nd generation and newer)

Your phone must be carrier-unlocked for eSIM to work with international data plans. Check with your carrier if you're unsure.

After purchase, your eSIM is delivered instantly in the app:

1. Go to "My eSIMs" in the app
2. Tap your new eSIM
3. Follow the installation instructions
4. Once installed, activate it when you arrive at your destination

We recommend installing before you travel (while on WiFi) so it's ready when you land.

We offer data plans for 200+ countries and regions worldwide:

• Local plans: Single-country coverage
• Regional plans: Cover multiple countries (Europe, Asia, etc.)

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data including trips, packing lists, and eSIM order history. This action cannot be undone.

Yes! Your trips, packing lists, and itinerary are cached locally so you can access them without internet. Trip Plus members also get offline weather data. Some features like real-time flight updates and eSIM purchases require an internet connection.

Check these settings:

1. Open iPhone Settings > TripPortier > Notifications
2. Ensure notifications are enabled
3. Check that "Allow Notifications" is on
4. Make sure your flight is added correctly with the right date

Also ensure Background App Refresh is enabled for TripPortier.

Try these steps:

1. Ensure your phone is carrier-unlocked
2. Check that the eSIM is set as the data line in Settings > Cellular
3. Enable Data Roaming for the eSIM line
4. Restart your phone
5. Make sure you're in a covered area
